INGREDIENTS

Raw Rice, Idly Rice, Toor Dhal, Bengal Gram Dhal, Moong Dhal, Urad Dhal, Red Chillies, Curry leaves, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Dry Ginger Powder, Salt

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Mix 1 cup of Adai Premix with 1 cup of water, soak for 1 hour, and add more water, if required.

Mix well, make Adai and serve hot
