INGREDIENTS

Green Moong Dhal, Raw Rice, Bengal Gram Dhal, Black Urad Dhal, Red Chillies, Fenugreek, Pepper, Curry leaves, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Salt

DIRECTION FOR USE

Mix 1 cup of Adai Premix with 1 cup of water, soak for 30 minutes, and add more water, if required.

Mix well, make Pesarattu Dosa, and serve it hot
