INGREDIENTS

Raw Rice, Moong Dhal, Cumin Seeds, Pepper, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida, Ginger, Cashewnut, Curry leaves, powdered rock salt

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Add 1 cup of Pongal Premix to 3 cups of water, a little amount of ghee and required salt, in a Pressure Cooker

Wait for 3 to 4 whistles in the Cooker, then serve it hot
