INGREDIENTS

Coriander Seeds, Urad Dhal, Bengal Gram Dhal, Dry Red Chillies, Pepper, Seasame Seeds, Fenugreek, Tamarind, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Salt

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Heat Oil in a Pan and add mustard seeds, Urad Dhal, Bengal gram Dhal, groundnuts, curry leaves, and the required quantity of Premix. 

Fry for 1 to 2 minutes, then add cooked rice and mix well.

Serve Puliyodharai hot.
