Instant Rava Idly Premix

INGREDIENTS

Rava, Urad Dhal, Bengal Gram Dhal, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry leaves, Green Chillies, Ginger, Asafoetida, Cashewnut, Salt

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Mix 1 cup of premix with 1/2 cup of curd and 1/2 cup of water, soak for 30 minutes

Add more water if required, add a pinch of Cooking Soda, and mix well.

Cook Idly and serve hot
